| Initial public offer of up to 67,44,000 equity shares of face value Rs. 10 each (the "Equity Shares") of RNFI Services Limited ("The Company" or the "Issuer") for cash at a price of Rs. 105 per equity share (including securities premium of Rs. 95 per equity share) ("Issue Price"), aggregating up to Rs. 70.81 crores (the "Issue") of which 3,84,000 equity shares aggregating to Rs. 4.03 crores (constituting up to 1.54% of the post-issue paid-up equity share capital of the company) will be reserved for subscription by market maker ("Market Maker Reservation Portion"). The issue less the market maker reservation portion is hereinafter referred to as the "Net Issue". The issue and the net issue will constitute 27.03 % and 25.49 % respectively of the post-issue paid-up equity share capital of the company.
The Offer Price is Rs. 105 per equity share of face value of Rs. 10 each.
The Offer price is 10.50 times of the face value.
Bid can be made for a minimum of 1200 equity share and in multiples of 1200 equity share thereafter.
