Board of Bharti Airtel approves proposal to merger Indus Tower into Bharti Infratel

The Board of Bharti Airtel on 24 April 2018 approved the proposal for merger of Indus Towers into Bharti Infratel. The Board decided to engage with the potential investors for evaluating a strategic stake sale post the completion of merger.
