Board of Hindustan Petroleum Corporation recommends interim dividend

Hindustan Petroleum Corporation announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 25 January 2024, inter alia, have recommended the interim dividend of Rs 15 per equity Share (i.e. 150%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.
