Board of 3i Infotech appoints director

The Board of 3i Infotech at its meeting held on 19 February 2021 has approved the appointment of Thompson Gnanam (DIN-07865431) as an Additional Whole-time Director (to be designated as CEO and MD-Designate) with effect from 18 March 2021.
