Bajaj Auto to consider dividend

Bajaj Auto will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 18 May 2018, to consider, inter alia, the audited financial results for the year ended 31 March 2018 and recommendation of dividend on equity shares, if any, for the said year.
