Board of Adani Ports and Special Economic Zone approves dividend

Adani Ports and Special Economic Zone announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 03 May 2018, inter alia, has recommended a dividend of Rs.2 per share (100%), subject to the approval of the shareholders.
