Board of Axis Bank approves appointment of nominee director

The Board of Axis Bank at its meeting held on 14 December 2021 has approved the appointment of Ashish Kotecha as an Additional Non-Executive (Nominee of entities affiliated to Bain Capital) Director of the
Bank with effect from 19 December 2021 to hold office as such up to the date of the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Bank, unless appointed by the Shareholders of the Bank.
