Board of Hero MotoCorp approves investment of Rs 130 crore in Ather Energy

The Board of Hero MotoCorp at its meeting held on 25 July 2018 has approved the investment of Rs 130 crore through CCDs (Compulsorily Convertible Debentures) in Ather Energy. The investment is subject to execution of definitive documents and completion of certain conditions customary to a transaction of this nature.
