The Board of Yes Bank at its meeting held on 26 April 2018 transacted and approved the following -
Raising of funds in Indian/ foreign currency by way of issuance of debt securities including upto Rs. 30,000 crore (in INR or FCY) by the Bank.
Raising of funds by way of issuance of equity capital upto US$1 Billion.
Increase in overall borrowing limit to Rs. 1,10,000 crore.
Recommendation for appointment of Subhash Chander Kalia (DIN- 00075644) as Non-Executive Non-Independent Director.
