Hindustan Unilever allots 8815 equity shares

Hindustan Unilever has allotted 8,815 equity shares of Re. 1/- each under ESOP. Consequent to the above allotment, the paid up capital of the company has increased 216,46,33,806 equity shares and the issued capital has increased to 221,77,52,782 equity shares.
