Housing Development Finance Corporation will hold the meeting of the Board of Directors on 30 April 2018, for approval of the audited financial results of the Corporation for the quarter/year ended March 31, 2018, approval of the audited consolidated financial results for the quarter/year ended March 31, 2018, recommendation of final dividend, if any, for the financial year 2017-18, and matters relating to the ensuing annual general meeting.
