Kotak Mahindra Bank opens QIP issue on 26 May

Kotak Mahindra Bank has opened the qualified institutions placement of equity shares today, 26 May 2020 with floor price of Rs 1147.75 per share. The Bank may at its discretion consider offering a discount of not more than 5% on the floor price so calculated for the Issue.
