UltraTech Cement allots 1285 equity shares

UltraTech Cement has allotted 1285 equity shares of Rs 10 of the company under ESOS. On allotment, the equity share capital of the company stands increased to 27,46,19,071 equity shares of Rs 10 each aggregating to Rs 274.61 crore.
