Board of Bharti Infratel recommends third interim dividend

Bharti Infratel announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 23 April 2020, inter alia, have recommended the Third Interim Dividend of Rs.4.10 per equity Share (i.e. 410%), subject to the approval of the shareholders.
