Tata Motors to consider proposal for NCD issue of up to Rs 500 cr

Tata Motors announced that a duly constituted committee of the Board will consider the offering of Rated, Listed, Unsecured, Redeemable, Non Convertible Debentures (NCDs) aggregating upto Rs 500 crore on 14 November 2019.
